Provide container height, shelf load, material compatibility, lip or restraint needs, desired adjustment, and whether glass, PP, or another shelf material is appropriate.

Coordinate services visibly

Show socket, data, water, gas, and other service positions on the bench elevation, including cable routes, isolation responsibility, destination voltage, and maintenance access.

Reference formats
The brochure shows steel-glass, aluminium-glass, diamond-profile service, and PP reagent-rack configurations.
Structure
Uprights, guards, brackets, connection method, finish, bench fixing, and end conditions are confirmed on the rack elevation.
Shelves
The reference brochure lists 8-12 mm glass shelves for selected metal rack configurations; glass type, thickness, load, spacing, and edge treatment require final confirmation.
Service integration
Sockets and other service modules are optional and must match the approved utility schedule, destination voltage, and electrical design.
Access and cleaning
Reach, visibility, equipment clearance, removable components, splash exposure, and cleaning around supports are reviewed with the bench layout.
Required submittals
Provide the bench elevation, rack length, shelf count and spacing, stored items, expected load, material exposure, service schedule, quantity, and destination.

01Can sockets be integrated into a reagent rack?

They can be reviewed when quantity, location, voltage, socket type, circuit responsibility, isolation, and cable route are defined by the project electrical design.

02How is shelf spacing selected?

Spacing follows container and equipment height, operator reach, visibility, cleaning access, and the need to adjust or remove shelves. The approved elevation records the final arrangement.

03Can the rack be added after the bench is installed?

Sometimes, but fixing, bench structure, service routing, worktop condition, clearances, and site access must be checked. Planning it with the original bench usually reduces interface uncertainty.
