01 / BUYER FIT

Built for project-led purchasing

This page is for organizations preparing a quotation, tender response, room package, or multi-family laboratory furniture inquiry—not for one-click retail purchasing.

Laboratory distributors

Organize customer requirements into a product-family schedule, drawing review, and traceable quotation scope.

Project contractors

Coordinate room layouts, furniture, equipment interfaces, utilities, documentation, and commercial boundaries.

Procurement teams

Compare reference configurations and record the technical, destination, packing, and document inputs still requiring confirmation.

02 / RFQ INPUTS

What to include in the first project brief

A complete first brief reduces assumption-driven revisions and helps the factory identify the questions that must be resolved before quotation.

  1. 01

Your role in the project and the destination country or region

  2. 02

Room plans, elevations, or usable room dimensions

  3. 03

Furniture schedule, approximate quantities, or required product families

  4. 04

Equipment list, user workflow, and wet, dry, clean, or controlled zones

  5. 05

Known utilities, extraction interfaces, and installation constraints

  6. 06

Material, finish, standard, tender, and documentation requirements

  7. 07

Packing, labeling, delivery-stage, and site-access requirements

  8. 08

Commercial schedule and the date by which a reviewed response is needed

03 / COORDINATION

A documented coordination path

The sequence keeps commercial scope and technical decisions aligned without assuming unverified specifications, certifications, or delivery commitments.

  1. 01

    Qualify the brief

Review project role, destination, rooms, furniture schedule, known requirements, and missing inputs.

  2. 02

    Develop the configuration

Coordinate product families, dimensions, materials, worktops, storage, services, and room interfaces.

  3. 03

    Confirm the supply basis

Record the agreed scope, drawings, exclusions, supporting documents, commercial terms, and responsibilities.

  4. 04

    Prepare the approved scope

Carry the confirmed information into production coordination, inspection, packing, and dispatch preparation.

04 / VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE

What buyers can verify on this website

Supplier evaluation is stronger when public information is separated from project-specific promises.

  • An owner-confirmed factory site of approximately 10,000 m²
  • Owner-supplied exterior, workshop, equipment, team, and project photographs
  • Twelve product families with YJ inquiry-reference codes and planning parameters
  • Bilingual technical guides, application solutions, and anonymized project records
  • Clear disclosure where certification, test-report, or project data has not been verified for publication

06 / FAQ

Before sending a distributor or contractor inquiry

01Can YOJIA review an inquiry from room drawings?

Yes. Dimensioned plans or elevations are a useful starting point when they also identify room use, equipment, utilities, furniture quantities, destination, and unresolved assumptions. Final configuration remains subject to quotation and technical confirmation.

02Can one inquiry include several laboratory furniture families?

Yes. A room or project schedule can combine fume hoods, island and wall benches, storage, reagent racks, PP or stainless furniture, support furniture, and accessories. Each family should still have a clear quantity and configuration basis.

03How should project standards or certificates be handled?

List every required standard, certificate, test report, or tender document in the inquiry. YOJIA will confirm what evidence is available for the proposed scope; no compliance or certification should be assumed before source documents are reviewed.

04What controls the final supply?

The approved quotation, drawings, technical confirmation, agreed document list, and contract govern the final materials, dimensions, interfaces, quantities, responsibilities, and commercial terms.
